Welcome to a space where you can feel truly heard, understood, and supported. My counselling room has been carefully created to offer a calm, private, and safe environment, a place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgement.

Whether you’re processing past experiences, navigating current challenges, or seeking clarity and self-discovery, this is a space to slow down, breathe, and simply be.

Here, you’re invited to reflect, heal, and begin the journey toward greater peace, balance, and emotional well-being.

The space is in Chapmanslade, equidistant from Frome, Westbury and Warminster.


Online Therapy
Online therapy offers the same depth of connection and support as in-person sessions, with the added comfort of being in your own familiar environment. Many clients find that working online helps them feel more relaxed and able to express themselves at their own pace.

I use a secure, encrypted video platform to ensure privacy and confidentiality. Before we begin, I’ll guide you through everything you need to know so you feel comfortable with the process , whether it’s your first time trying therapy online or you’ve done it before.

Because my work is rooted in the body, mind, and nervous system, we’ll still pay attention to physical sensations and grounding during our sessions, even through the screen. I’ll help you find ways to regulate and reconnect with yourself, using gentle techniques that work just as effectively online as they do in the room.

You’ll simply need a quiet, private space, a good internet connection, and a device with a camera and microphone. I recommend finding a comfortable chair and having water or a blanket nearby, small touches that help create a sense of safety and grounding.
